This user guide will help you easily apply/intimate an accident claim with Star Health Insurance.

1. Say ‘Hi’ on our WhatsApp Number - 95976 52225

2. Select Claims

3. Select File a Claim

4. Select Accident Claim

5. Select Yes

6. Enter your Customer ID

7. Enter your Accident Care Policy Number

8. Enter the Intimator’s Name

9. Enter your Relationship with the patient

10. Enter the Attendee’s Mobile Number

11. Enter the Name of the Proposer

12. Enter the Insured Patient’s Name

13. Enter the Insured’s Email ID

14. Enter the Insured’s Contact Number

15. Enter the Date of Accident

16. Enter the Place of Accident

17. Enter the FIR Details

18. Enter the Reason for Admission

19. Enter the Hospital Admission Date

20. Select your Hospital Type

21. Enter the Pincode of the Hospital

22. Click Hospital List

23. Select the Hospital from the search list

24. Review your details > Click Confirm

25. You have Successfully Intimated your claim

2. Select Claims > Click Claim Intimation

3. Select Accident Claim

4. Fill in the required Patient Information

5. Fill in the required Accident Information

6. Fill in the required Admission Information

7. Enter the Pincode > Enter the Hospital Name > Click Search

8. Select the Hospital from the search list

9. Enter the Captcha Text > Click Submit

10. You have Successfully Intimated your claim

1. Visit www.starhealth.in

2. Click Twinkle Chatbot on the bottom right corner

3. Enter your Name > Select Existing Customer > Click Let’s Chat

4. Select Claims

5. Select File a Claim

6. Select Policy Number

7. Enter your Policy Number

8. Enter your Date of Birth > Click Verify

9. Click on ‘Here’

10. Fill in the required Patient Information

11. Fill in the required Accident Information

12. Fill in the required Admission Information

13. Enter the Pincode > Enter the Hospital Name > Click Search

14. Select the Hospital from the search list

15. Enter the Captcha Text > Click Submit

16. You have Successfully Intimated your claim

1. Download Star Health App from Google Play Store or App Store

2. Log in with your registered Email id and password

3. Click My Claims

4. Click Register Claim against your Accident Care Policy

5. Fill in the required Patient Information

6. Fill in the required Accident Information

7. Fill in the required Admission Information

8. Enter the Pincode > Enter the Hospital Name > Click Search

9. Select the Hospital from the search list

10. Enter the Captcha Text > Click Submit

11. You have Successfully Intimated your claim
