1. Visit www.starhealth.in

2. Select Claims > Click Claim Intimation

3. Select Health Claim

4. Select Policy Type Health from the drop-down list

5. Enter the required details in the Basic Info page

6. Select Claim Type Cashless from the drop-down list

7. Click Authorize

8. Enter the OTP > Click Verify

9. Enter the required details on the Admission Info page

10. Click Select Hospital

11. Enter the Pincode > Click Search

12. Select the Network Hospital from the hospital search list > click Submit

13. Click Review & Submit

14. Click Submit to get your Claim Intimation Number (or Edit to modify your details)

15. A Success message will appear with your Claim Intimation Number

2. Click > Click Claims > Select Claims from the drop-down list

3. Click Claims Intimation

4. Select Health Claim

5. Select Policy Type Health from the drop-down list

6. Enter the required details in the Basic Info page

7. Select Claim Type Cashless from the drop-down list

8. Click Authorize

9. Enter the OTP > Click Verify

10. Enter the required details on the Admission Info page

11. Click Select Hospital

12. Enter the Pincode > Click Search

13. Select the Network Hospital from the hospital search list > click Submit

14. Click Review & Submit

15. Click Submit to get your Claim Intimation Number (or Edit to modify your details)

16. A Success message will appear with your Claim Intimation Number

8. Enter your Date of Birth (or OTP sent to registered mobile number) > Click Verify

9. Select Yes and answer a few questions

10. Select the Name of the person hospitalised from the list

11. Enter the Date of Admission > Click Submit

12. Enter the Intimator’s Name

13. Select type of admission For a Surgery (or Medical Treatment)

14. Enter the Reason for Admission

15. Enter the Attending Person’s Contact Number

16. Enter the Pincode > Select Network from the drop down list > Click Search

17. Select the Hospital from the list

18. Review all the entered details > Select Confirm

19. Your Claim Intimation Number will appear now
