Download your Policy Documents with ease:

We have made it simple for you to access and download your policy documents from Star Health Insurance. You can now download your policy documents through any of these methods.

1. Say 'Hi' on our WhatsApp Number - 95976 52225

2.Select Request Documents.

3.Select Policy Documents.

4.Locate your policy document using Mobile number or Policy number.

5.Enter the Policy Number > Date of Birth

6. Policy documents will be available for reference

1. Visit www.starhealth.in

2.Go to Customers > Click Downloads

3. Select download your policy document> Click here

4.Enter Mobile no > Policy number > date of birth

5.Review your details and select the mode of policy documents.

2. Click the Twinkle Chatbot on the bottom right corner

3. Kindly share your requirements (POLICY DOCUMENTS)

4.TWINKLE will require you to enter any one of the below: Policy number Mobile number

5.Enter the policy number/Mobile number > Date of birth of the policy holders.

6. Policy documents are successfully shared with the policyholder.

7.Kindly rate the experience with our virtual assistant to improve further.
