2. Click Twinkle Chatbot on the bottom right corner

3. Enter your Name > Select Existing Customer > Click Let’s Chat

4. Select Claims

5. Select Upload Claim Documents

6. Select Claim Intimation Number

7. Select claim type Outpatient Benefits

8. Enter your Claim Intimation Number

9. Enter your Health ID Card Number > Click Verify

10. Click against the file type to upload your documents

11. Select Original (or Photocopy) > If Photocopy, share the reason

12. Click Submit

13. You have Successfully Uploaded your documents

1. Download Star Health App from Google Play Store or App Store

2. Log in to Star Health App with your registered Email id and Password

3. Click My Claims

4. Select Outpatient

5. Select Click Here against your Claim Intimation Number

6. Click claim type Reimbursement

7. Click on the Consultation Date

8. Click Upload Files

9. Click to upload the required documents

10. Select Original (or Photocopy) > If Photocopy, share the reason

11. Click Submit

12. Select Yes and click Ok

13. You have Successfully Uploaded your documents
