Simple ways to check your Claim Status online

Now you can check your reimbursement/cashless claim status online with Star Health Insurance. Check your claim status at your convenience using any one of the four ways.

This user guide will help you with how to check your claim status online.

Check the status of your claim on WhatsApp directly from your mobile.

1. Say ‘Hi’ on our WhatsApp Number - 95976 52225

2. Select Claims

3. Select Check Claim Status

4. Select Health Policy

5. Click Options

6. Select Claim Intimation Number > Click Send

7. Enter your Claim Intimation Number

8. Click Claim Status

9. Click Continue

10. Find the Status of your claim

Check the status of your claim directly from our website.

1. Visit www.starhealth.in

2. SelectClaims > Click Claims Status

4. Select Intimation Number from the drop-down list

5. Enter your Claim Intimation Number > Click Get Claim Status

6. Click Reimbursement Details (or Cashless Details)

7. Find the Status of your claim

Check the status of your claim by chatting with Twinkle, our virtual assistant.

1. Visit www.starhealth.in

2. Click Twinkle Chatbot on the bottom right corner

3. Enter your Name > Select Existing Customer > Click Let’s Chat

4. Select Claims

5. Select Check Claim Status

6. Select Claim Intimation Number

7. Select Hospitalization

8. Enter your Claim Intimation Number

9. Enter your Health ID Card Number > Click Verify

10. Find the Status of your claim

Check the status of your claim with Star Health App directly from your mobile.

1. Download Star Health App from Google Play Store or App Store

2. Log in to Star Health App with your registered Email id and Password

3. Click My Claims

4. Select your Claim Intimation Number > Select Click here

5. Select Claim Type Reimbursement (or Cashless)

6. Find the Status of your reimbursement claim
