2. Click Claims > Click Upload Documents

3. Select Health Policies

4. Select Claim Intimation Number

 

5. Enter your Claim Intimation Number > Click Upload Documents

6. Select a Mobile Number > Click Send OTP

7. Enter the OTP > Click Verify

8. Select your Claim Type from the list > Click Upload Documents

9. Click Drag and Drop to upload your documents

10. Select Document Type > Select Original (or Photocopy) > If Photocopy, share the reason

11. Agree to the Terms & Conditions > Click Submit

12. A Thank You message will appear confirming you have successfully submitted your documents

**Our team will now verify your documents and duly release your payment.

4. Select Claims

7. Select claim type Hospitalization

8. Enter your Claim Intimation Number

9. Enter your Health ID Card Number > Click Verify

10. Select your Claim Classification

11. Click against the file type to upload your documents

12. Select Original (or Photocopy) > If Photocopy, share the reason

13. Click Submit

14. You have successfully uploaded your documents

1. Download Star Health App from Google Play Store or App Store

2. Log in to Star Health App with your registered Email id and Password

3. Click My Claims

4. Select Click Here against your Claim Intimation Number

5. Select claim type Reimbursement

6. Click Initiate Reimbursement

7. Click Upload Files

8. Select your Claim Classification

9. Click to upload the required documents

10. Select Original (or Photocopy) > If Photocopy, share the reason

11. Click Submit

12. Agree to the Terms & Agreements > Click Got It

13. Select Yes and click Ok

14. You have successfully uploaded your documents
